Every new client begins with a free phone intake, where we’ll chat about the behaviors you’d like to work on or which training package you’re considering. This call also gives us a chance to get to know you and your puppy better to ensure we’re a good fit.

From there, we’ll schedule a consultation to review your personalized training plan, go over the contract, and schedule your training sessions.
